On the second day of our road trip we arrived at the beautiful little town of Wanaka. We drove up to Glendhu Bay, renowned for its unbelievable reflections and views to the stunning peak of Mt Aspiring.

Church of the Good Shepherd

Lake Tekapo in the Mackenzie country of New Zealand has become famous for its incredible natural beauty and clear skies. On the first day of our road-trip in south island, there was a new moon, the sky was full of stars and the milky way was on the perfect position behind the iconic Church of the Good Shepherd. I was trying to get 28 seconds of exposure with no light pollution from the tourists' torch lights.
